To whom it may concern:
I have been waiting for your response regarding an upcoming important UN side event next week on humanitarian technology and innovation. We are inviting you - the Google Crisis Response Team - to be in the panel consisting of just three experts and give a short presentation. It would be a great opportunity to spread the great work you are doing in the international arena, together with two other experts - a scientist from IBM and a cartographer/geospatial analyst from a private sector.
Please kindly let me know if you are interested to join the panel ASAP as the event will take place early next week.
Is there anyone in your NYC/Manhattan office that I can reach out to?
It is fine if you cannot join the panel but do let us know so we can invite other potential experts.
Thank you for your kind understanding!
