Activation request from WHO - Syria

Hi all,

We have received a request from WHO for their Syria operation. I have posted the full request in Loomio, but the basics are that they are looking for some R and/or scripting help.

If you think that your org (or some of your volunteers) would be keen, do let me know ASAP. He replied to a follow-up email noting that he hopes to have something (at least as a prototype) by 6-Dec.
