Hey Matt,

Thank you SO MUCH for returning as a sponsor of this year's Rock to Rock! We are off to a great start: with your help, we've already raised more than $75,000 to create a greener, healthier community, with nearly 6 weeks before April 25th!

I wanted to reach out with a few quick questions ... 

Would you like to build a Devil's Gear team for this year's Rock to Rock? I am happy to help you get your team captain signed up and your team page created, if that's helpful. Here are a few things to get started:

- A customized Rock to Rock flyer (attached).

- A link to steps to set up your team online, and some advice from past sponsors: http://rocktorock.donordrive.com/sponsorteams

- Some special prizes for the sponsor teams with the most members and largest fundraising toals ... see the link above! 

I would also love to profile The Devil's Gear in some email/social media communications we have coming up. Are there any points you'd like to make sure I include? 

Do you want to put something in the reusable bags we provide to every rider?  We are trying to track down all materials by Friday, April 10th, since we have a big volunteer crew lined up to stuff bags that Saturday. You can include paper flyers, coupons, promotions or other swag. We will plan to fill 750 bags. Materials can delivered or sent to Common Ground (358 Springside Avenue, New Haven, CT 06515). 

Would you like a table at the Green Fair at the end of Rock to Rock, taking place from 12:00-3:00 at East Rock Park? If you are interested in having a tabling space, please email Ellen, our Green Fair coordinator, ellen@cityseed.org. She will provide you with a brief sign up form that you can fill out to secure your spot.
