Hey folks,

I was not able to reach the NHFPL meeting room coordinator, so we do not have a room reserved anywhere for Monday night.

The shop is available, but maybe there are other options that would give a more professional setting.

I'd be happy to see if we can use the conference room in my father's office on Whitney (right next door to the New Haven Museum) but other candidates are worth considering.

Sorry not to get this together.

We should be all set for City Hall in March, and I have a form to secure City Hall space the second Monday of the month from here on out too.

Since we're meeting at 6PM I bet it would be fine to use a few tables at Elm City Market, Cafe Romeo, or Gourmet Heaven on Whitney Ave, especially if we buy food, drinks, etc.

I'm working on our tax-exempt status. Do we have a website address yet?

that sounds good.

Gourmet Heaven has a pretty miserable record on employee treatment (I believe they failed to pay their workers for extended periods), so I'd prefer the market or Cafe Romeo's.

I agree on Elm City, and maybe everyone should bring $50 or $100 and do a little shopping using our gift cards? I'd like to see us liquidate these things sooner rather than later.

I won't be able to attend Monday's meeting. Have a good meeting!!! 

We don't have a website that is published to the world. If that needs to be, I can make that happen.
