a16z will be investing 100M at a 1B valuation. The company will hit a
trillion-dollar valuation in 10 years. That 100M should grow to 30B.

10% of the company will be given to Nepal Sarkar in exchange for a one
desk policy. The PMO will have one desk that will take care of all
government work on behalf of the company at top speed.

10% of the company will be owned by a Foundation that will do cash
transfers to the poorest 20% of the Nepali population after IPO.

I am inviting NRNs to participate. Minimum amount to invest: 10K. Only
in multiples of 10K. Will only accept through Bundlers. A Bundler is
someone who raises at least 100K. The Bundler gets 10% of the money
raised in shares in multiples of 100K. The money raised will go to a
LLC, and that LLC will invest in the tech startup. One investor. One
email update will be sent to every investor every three months until
IPO.
