Trail Day July, 18th @ 7:am

Don't forget our regularly scheduled trail day @ Kit McConnico,
starting at 7:am. Bridge work schedule has been pushed out to our next
scheduled window. We will be performing basic maintenance, pruning
back some overgrowth, as well as raking straw from some of the
hazardous turns. There will also be a culvert installed on the lower
leg of the new section, at the washout, as well as working to bench
cut some of the upper sections as well. Hope to see you there.

Minimal turnout on the trail day yesterday. Likely, due to the heat,
family schedules, etc.. In spite of this, we were able to do some root
clearing & pruning from the fork, to 1/2-way between bridges 2 & 3, as
well as install a culvert at the washout on the lower-section of the
new west loop. We will be working on getting back on track with the
bridge-building schedule for next month. Please make an effort to keep
your schedule free/flexible, in order to assist with the major
undertaking of the installation of the bridge, connecting the east &
west sections of the Lost Arrow Trail at Kit McConnico Park. We will
do our best to keep you in the loop.
