Attention Region 5 Waiver Service Providers The Southeastern Virginia Training Center (SEVTC) Community Integration and Social Services Team is pleased to announce our Virtual Provider Fairs to be held on Thursday, October 23rd for Residential providers and Thursday, October 30th for Employment & Day Service providers. The intent of these fairs is to give individuals, authorized representatives, SEVTC staff, and support partners an opportunity to learn more about the community-based services available to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Please note that space is limited and slots will be assigned according to the order of registration. However, priority will be given to providers who did not participate in the 2024 Provider Fair so that we may continue to add to the list of options we have to share with individuals and authorized representatives. To request a time slot to participate, please fill out this form: https://forms.office.com/g/Rg0G1fjDn4 You will be asked the following information: The name of your agency Contact name, phone number, and email address Preference for October 23rd (Residential Services) or October 30th (Day Services) You will receive confirmation of your registration, time slot, and additional information one week prior to the fair.
