End of Year Authorizations AT/EM Reminder

Reminder End of Year Service Authorizations for AT/EM All new requests for Assistive Technology (AT), Electronic Home-Based Supports (EHBS) and Environmental Modification (EM) for the calendar year ending December 31, 2025 must be submitted to DBHDS for review through WaMS by Monday, December 8, 2025.   This deadline allows 10 working days for the Preauthorization Staff to process AT, EHBS, and EM requests prior to the start of State holidays which begin COB Tuesday, December 23, 2025.
