From Barriers to Buy-In:
Strengthening Behavioral Consultation Across Service Settings

Join us for a free continuing education event focused on strategies for delivering effective therapeutic behavioral consultation, including approaches for overcoming common barriers.

This training will explore common obstacles that can impact the delivery of effective therapeutic behavioral consultation. Participants will learn about approaches for building positive relationships, effective training methods for supporters, techniques for increasing treatment integrity, and strategies for problem solving. Each presenter brings extensive experience providing consultation services to individuals with disabilities across a wide range of settings throughout the Commonwealth.
This event is designed primarily for clinicians who provide therapeutic behavioral consultation, but it also offers valuable insights for any provider delivering behavioral services in community settings.
DBHDS can provide a certificate of attendance to all trainees, and 1.0 BACB Learning CEU for BCBA-Ds, BCBAs and BCaBAs. To be eligible, you must enter the meeting room within 5 minutes of the event start time, log in individually on your own device, remain in the meeting room until the presenters indicate the official event has concluded, and actively respond to a question during the presentation by completing a Microsoft Form. These requirements will be reviewed during the event.
