Community Engagement (CE) and Community Coaching (CC) Provider Survey DBHDS is requesting information on providers’ experiences with the Community Coaching and Community Engagement DD Waiver services. The goal is to remove barriers to increase utilization of both services. Please complete this brief survey, whether or not you have previous experience providing these services.
