DC Community Wealth Builders Happy Hour & Testimony Prep #2!

Hi folks!

I hope you're having a great week. If you missed the recent opportunities to plug into DC Community Wealth Builders' work creating shared wealth and an economy rooted in community, we've got a couple more this and next week!

We are continuing to fight for a DC Land Bank, DC Public Bank, and infrastructure to support for Cooperative Conversions and we still need your help. This Thurs, 4/9, 5-7pm at El Sol Restaurante & Tequilaria (1227 11th St NW), we will have our second Happy Hour and Testimony Prep Session. This will be a casual, social space where we will work on our budget testimony together.

On Mon, 4/13, 6-7:30pm, at Woodridge Neighborhood Library (1801 Hamlin St. NE) we will have our Monthly In-Person Work Session where our three working groups (Landscape Building, Public Education, and Legislative Advocacy) will continue pushing their campaigns forward. This is an ideal space for new folks looking to engage longer term to explore where/how they would like to plug in.
