Arrival Today - DC Community Wealth Building Day: Strategy Session

Good morning! 

We are looking forward to connecting with you to build the power of the Community Wealth Building ecosystem in DC. The DC Community Wealth Builders have been hard at work putting this exciting day together and we are so grateful it's finally here!

Here are some logistics and reminders to be aware of as you arrive today at Foundry United Methodist Church:

• The event will begin at 10am and run until about 4pm. This will take place entirely indoors at Foundry UMC, 1500 16th St NW, Washington, DC 20036. 
• Parking is limited at the church. So we encourage you to take public transportation. The nearest metro stop is DuPont Circle, about 3 blocks to the west. And the D60 and C91 bus routes run right by the church. 
• There will be coffee when you arrive at 10am but no breakfast. Lunch will be served at 12:15pm. We will have sandwiches (some veggie options) from the fantastic co-op restaurant, Flavorture, of Woodley Park. 
• Masking while not eating is encouraged but not required. Please if you are feeling sick, stay home. There will be many ways to plug in after today and we will be sure to get those to you.
• The only thing you need to bring is excitement or curiosity about what we will build together! Please check in with our greeters when you arrive to receive the materials we will use today.
