Hi folks,

I have a neighbor who's interested in DC's new comprehensive plan and if some of the new zoning rules that come out of it can give preferential treatment to co-ops. I was wondering if anyone in this group has investigated this or knows of anyone thinking about this? I would love to connect him with the right people.
