Worker Co-Ops needing space?

Hello everyone,
Are there any worker cooperatives that are currently looking to rent out space? One of the housing coops that we work with has a large commercial space available. The space does need some upgrades, but are wondering if there any worker coops looking for space, we may be able to tailor the work in the unit to the worker coops needs. The space is in Manor Park (NW DC).
Let me know if you think of anyone or if your coop is interested in talking further.
