Interest in speaking to high school students about co-ops?

Hi everyone,

I teach urban agriculture to high school students at Friendship Technology Preparatory Academy in Congress Heights. I teach a practicum class to seniors and one of my goals is to establish a student-run cooperative. I've taught them about Mighty Greens and Food From The Hood already. Does anyone have any experience doing interactive lessons or demos on cooperatives with high school students?
