Hello,
I have finished creating the PDF version of the training manual. You
can access specific information by clicking on the name in the 'Table
of Contents.'
I will address your questions from the Survey/Evaluations in a day or
two - but many of the answers can be found in the manual - including
"What do the letters that follow after the Social Security # on the
Medicare mean?" - Answer is on Page 103, (Medicare Card Suffixes).
You can download the 'Medicare Training Manual.pdf' from the Files
Section of the 'google groups page'.
The file is pretty large, if you have trouble downloading it let me
know.
