   Brief introduction, my name is Matt Crossett and I work as a GIS Project Manager for DC’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer’s DC GIS Program (http://dcgis.dc.gov )

We have a lot of great resources for DC data and for geocoding DC data http://octo.dc.gov/node/715602  Are you looking to add Ward, SMD, ANC, XY coordinates to to DC addresses and standardize/correct spelling? Just try downloading and installing the MAR geocoder. Additionally we have data available to be used in application http://octo.dc.gov/release/build-apps-and-maps-dc-arcgis-102-map-services
