After a long hiatus (during which I started (and failed) at least one
startup), I am back on the wagon. I'm sorry about being
off-the-reservation for so long.
Part of what sparked this is a rather large patch I received for
adding a SQL backend to DBM::Deep. This piqued my interest quite a bit
(plus he's a fellow member of
columbus.pm, so I have to see him every
month). In the process, I'm going to be addressing all the accumulated
patches, POD nits, and other items. This is a long-needed refactoring
and improves the separation of concerns that's been plaguing some of
the development of DBM::Deep for some time.
For those who want to follow along at home, the branch is at
http://github.com/robkinyon/dbm-deep/tree/sql (and I'm pushing to the
scsys node as well, if you prefer working off of that).
