Just an idea -

If we could select the columns in a result set (and maybe the data to get the max width) and then right-click and select show CREATE TABLE script and then DBSOLO would create a script to create a table - even if things weren't perfect (i.e. how would it know the max width of a varchar column?) - it would still greatly improve the speed of creating a new table.

You can use the 'Export result set' feature. Select 'SQL' as the output format and it gives you the option of having a CREATE TABLE statement at the beginning of the script. You can also pick which columns to include in the output.
