Fundraising Ideas for Galapagos Group 1?

So I am not sure how this works, but I am hoping this post reaches the
9 girls involved in the first group going to the Galapagos this May!

I was emailing Mary about ideas and really want to see if perhaps we
can pool our friends together for a larger type fundraiser or a
bartending night that was suggested.

1. If you want to gather forces for a bigger party or cabaret? how
many of you would be interested? We could have raffles and auctions--
we could sit down and brainstorm possibilities. Does anyone know of
any venues through connections we might use? Any ideas for acts or
themes?

OR

2. That guest bartending idea? If we choose to have individual parties
(or no parties), perhaps we could all gather for a little extra
fundraising via this idea?
