Hey D25E!
How's everyone been? Sorry I haven't been updating you guys for the past week or so, I've been really sick and unable to keep up with everything.
But enough about my boring life, here's some Key Club info!
We have an upcoming event this Saturday from Van Nuys. Coastal Clean-Up, an event organized by Heal the Bay, will be at Millikan Middle School. I know I know, you're probably wondering why we're going to Coastal Clean-Up at a school, but trust me, things will make sense when you get there. Just be ready to work!
Also, please make sure to download the attached waiver and bring it with you to the event. There are liability issues, and so a waiver is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.
When: 9:00AM - 12:00PM
Where: Millikan Middle School
5041 Sunnyslope Ave
Sherman Oaks, CA 91423
Another reminder, RTC and September DCM.
Where: John Burroughs High School
1920 Clark St.
Burbank, CA
When: Saturday, September 26th
11AM - 3PM (bring $5 for lunch!)
Who: Region 7 Key Club (D25E, D25W, D3, D16)
Why: To have fun with the entire region! And learn stuff I guess. THis'll be one of the few times you'll see the rest of the region.
It is CRUCIAL that you attend September DCM, as there will not only be informative training sessions but an information-PACKED DCM immediately after. We'll be covering information from not only September, but August and even October. So please make an effort to be there!
PS. Don't forget about our American Apparel fundraiser! We've raised a lot of money with that already, so let's keep going strong! I know school has started, so start advertising to your friends and at school. Orders go to d25...@gmail.com
