Bad News, Good News, and Out of Town Notice

First, I'll start with the bad news.
American Apparel is cancelled. Forever.
My contact at AA told me that American Apparel has completely halted
wholesale because of the amount of money that they're losing to
wholesale sales vs regular sales. I am working out refunds with the
club Presidents right now, so sorry about the inconvenience. I really
wanted some more sweaters too. :/
But good news!
The Trojan Dance Marathon is still on. It starts on February 27, 2009
at 3PM and ends at February 28, 2009 at 3AM. However, Key Club is only
liable for you until 9PM. PLEASE make sure you understand this. You
must sign out with your club President before 9PM, but you can choose
to stay longer as an individual.
Registration is $10 until January 1, 2010 so make sure you register
fast! I'll be sending out a second e-mail with the team names and
links once the Presidents create a team (we have to a team per
school). After January 1, the registration will DOUBLE to $20. Of
course, don't forget that registration gets you into a dance with a DJ
and food for TWELVE HOURS. It also gets you a Trojan Dance Marathon
shirt!
Finally, you can pay cash. Just you'll have to get it to your club
President to get to me so that I can turn it in at once.
Finally, out of town notice.
For Winter Board, a CNH District Board meeting, I will not be in town
from January 8th to January 10th. Please contact a club President or
the Executive Assistant (who's in charge when I'm gone) if you have
any questions.
