Hola officers,

So here is an e-mail that I'm going to send out about the blood drive. Take a look at it and let me know if you guys have any problems/suggestions. Thank you!

Hey classmates,

This year's blood drive is about to happen from October 31st - November 19th! You all know the routine, the class with the most points at the end of the school year will win $1000 (1st prize) or $500 (2nd prize). Since we have won the past two years, we MUST live up to our class reputation and take home 1st place yet again...not to mention it's for an amazing cause.

The point system is as follows:

-1 point = 1 unit of BLOOD

-3 points = 1 unit of PLATELETS

All you need to do is drop-in to the UCSF Blood Center (500 Parnassus Ave Room MU09, by Subway in Millberry Union):

Monday - Friday: 8 AM-6:30 PM

Saturday: 9 AM - 4:15 PM.

Let's do this c/o 2014!!

I think you should add that the D2s are really pissed and determined to beat us - so competition will be tough!
