Thank you to those who have expressed interest in this ride. Below is the information in regards to the ride.  This is for chartering the whole barge. It works out to 1,575 euros each which at this moment is 1,834 in USD.  This per person reflects a discount of 200 euros per person.  This will only count if we sell out the trip.  If not, the price reverts. If you are a single, we can try and match you up with someone to share a cabin with.  Please note that this is time sensitive, please let me know as soon as possible.  This will be an amazing experience.

Itinerary;

Day 1: Amsterdam, boarding begins at 1 pm and must be completed by 2:00 pm! Sailing to Spaarndam and cycling to Haarlem, 9 mi. (15 km)
Day 2: Haarlem – through the dune area – Leiden, 25 mi. (40 km)
Day 3: Leiden – Delft, 25 mi. (40 km)  
Day 4: Delft 
Day 5: Delft – sailing to Rotterdam/ferry to Kinderdijk – cycling to Gouda, 25 mi. (40 km)
Day 6: Gouda – Oude Wetering, 25 mi. (45 km)
Day 7: Oude Wetering – Amsterdam, 28 mi. (45 km) 
Day 8: Amsterdam

Pricing: 

Allure charter rate (0-20 guests): €31,490

These prices are based on the current fuel prices from June 2025. Should the fuel price
increase more than 5%, then we may request a fuel surcharge (even for reservations
already made).

The price per person (based on 20 guests) is €1575 and includes the following:

• 7 nights accommodation (with bed linen and towels)

• All meals (breakfasts and 3-course dinners on board and packed lunch during the rides)

• Coffee and tea on board

• 24-speed bicycle with bike helmet (pannier bags, lock, water bottle)

• Cycling guide and excursions as described in the itinerary including roadbook and GPS tracks
  

• Wifi

The price does not include the following:

• Drinks on board

• Electric bike with bike helmet; € 115,- per bicycle per week

• Bicycle insurance € 10,- per week per bicycle

• E-bike insurance € 20,- per week per bicycle

• Personal insurances

• Gratuities

Extra costs:

• Gluten free/Celiac and vegan diets carry a supplement of € 75 per week

Payment:

- A deposit of 30% of charter rate - €9447 is required to secure the charter.  Payment is also accepted in USD ($11,242USD) or CAD
- Final payment due 90 days before travel.

*Cancellation policy for full charter:

• After reservation confirmation up to 121 days before travel date: 30% of charter rate

• Between 120 days until 91 days before travel date: 60% of charter rate

• Between 90 days until 60 days before travel date: 75% of charter rate

• 59 days or less before travel date: 100% of charter rate
