It allows to retrieves missing artifacts.

Yes, i will add this code, but it will be added not sooner then the
2nd of May since i am visiting China till then (and i have no
capabilities for changing code here). But i added this to my todo
list.

I have updated the POM files in both projects. In the CubicExTest
project i added the repository and some global information and i
updated the version information in both.
