So I could comit new commands.

What do you expect of this new project CubicExTest?

CubicExTest is a project which contains cubic tests for all the custom
commands, in this way it is better to ensure that if something
changes, in the CubicEx code or in the CubicTest code that the
commands still work.

Currently i am working on this project to make it complete, i now have
tests for everything and soon this project will be uploaded (probably
tonight or tomorrow night (+1 Timezone).

After this project i am going to take a look at how people can be
added so that they can also commit code. I want to setup a document
with the 'playing rules' about when there will be a release and what
documents should be updated (like the manual, what should be described
etc..) and who will get what kind of responsibility about making
releases or architectural changes.

I will keep you notified about the progress here but it shouldn't take
long.
