CslaGenFor​k: UI improvemen​ts and DeepData for DAL (DataReade​r)

Nightly Build 2012.02.21 includes a landmark feature - DeepData
handling was ported to Encapsulated Invoke.

New Features (since Nightly Build 2012.01.29 - There is life in the
status bar):
- Port DeepData feature to DAL (DataReader)
- Allow DAL name specification
- Restore project last used UI settings
- Restore the last docking layout (per user)
- Updated references and copyright notices

Plus other improvements and fixes.
