new book for cruising families: "Lesson Plans Ahoy"

I am a sailor, parent, and teacher who has recently created a new
website for sailing families (www.sailkidsed.net) and published a book
entitled "Lesson Plans Ahoy! Hands-on learning for sailing children and
home schooling sailors." I would like to ask you whether you could
mention my website and book on your google group.
The website is full of resources for sailing families, including
recommended books, educational links, and tips on home schooling on a
boat. Below I have included a brief summary of the contents of my book,
Lesson Plans Ahoy! It draws on my experiences after a year of sailing
with my husband and son, and many conversations with home schooling
sailors. The book is 148 pages long and sells on Amazon.com for US
$24.95 (there is a link to this from my website www.sailkidsed.net). It
is aimed at an international audience with references to national or
state curricula from the UK, US, Australia, and Canada.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Nadine Slavinski is a sailor, teacher, and parent. She holds a Master�s
of Education from Harvard University. A lifelong sailor, in 2007-2008
she took a year-long sabbatical on her 35-foot sloop with her husband
and four-year-old son, crossing the Atlantic and cruising the
Mediterranean, Caribbean, and eastern U.S. seaboard. Her writing has
appeared in Cruising World and Blue Water Sailing magazines. She is the
author of three books: Cycling Europe, Germany by Bike, and Hawaii by Bike.
