August 17th at 12noon
Annual Meeting and Luncheon
Elite Speed Members,
We will be having our Annual Meeting w/ luncheon on August 17th at 12noon. This meeting will include voting on open Officers. The open Officers that will be voted upon are President, Vice President, Secretary and 2 Directors.
We need nominations for ALL of these positions. Please come to the meeting with your nominations ready. Nominations will be given verbally during the meeting. The nominated member should be willing and agree to serve on the board. To serve as an Officer or Director you must be at least 18 years of age and a member of Elite Speed.
We also need volunteers for the following committees...Safety Committee, Ethics Committee and Audit Committee(at various times). To serve on a Committee you must be a member of Elite Speed.
The Board will be providing lunch during this meeting. Please come join us and vote on your new Board.
Your membership for the 2012-13 Season expires on September 1st. If are a member of elite speed for the 2012-13 season you will have rights to vote at this meeting.
