This morning:

I removed the floor boards under the pilos seats, including the fold
away storage bin and the board in front of the fuel tank.

I also removed the side boards which form the holding bay for fishing
pols, ores, etc.

Disconnected the Fuel system from the motor

Disconnected the Control System from the motor. The controls are still
attached to what looks like a battery harnes under the dashboard. Will
need a flashlight to disconnect it completyl from the boat.

Removed some floor boards I had missed earlier under the motor and near
the battery hole.

Phase one of construction is nearly complete, only tasks left are to
actually remove all the dirt and debris from inside the boat.

I should also note I found the manufacture plate for the boat and now
have the serial number, not sure how that will help me, BUT I do know
something else. The Dane can take up to a 100hp motor and has a
combined net gross weight of 1,700 lbs. It can take upto 6 passengers
for an average of 150lbs per passenger.
