Phase 1 (remaining):

(_) Clean inside of boat
(_) Disconnect motor controls
(_) Disconnect all wiring so it may be replaced
(_) Remove Fueltank for inspection
(_) General overall inspection of hull and condition of parts

Phase 2 :

(_) Cut and protect new Kick Boards
(_) Cut and protect floor boards
(_) Cut and protect Side boards
(_) Cut and protect Arm boards

Protecting of wood will be done with an all weather sealer, then a
layer of high density foam and an all marine fabric. The Floor will
receive the all weather sealer, but no foam will be used. A High
traffic outdoor carpet will be used to cover the floor boards.

Phase 3 :

(_) Install new foam ballests into floor sections
(_) Install new Kick Boards
(_) Install new floor boards
(_) Install new Side boards
(_) Install new Arm boards
(_) Install new wiring cables

I hope I remember how everything went together by then.

Phase 4 :

(_) Prep Boat for new Motor
(_) Install New (new to me) Motor

Phase 5 :

(_) Test Drive
