to Crestliner Dane
Here is a list of some images I took this morning of the boat and
construction project.

There are seven images in all.

Picture007 - Looking towards the back from the windshield of the boat.
You can see a majority of the cells filled with foam stock. There are
two cells remaining, but I am out of foam so once I get some more foam
on monday I will fill in the remaining two cells and then with the
remaining foam fill in what I can of outside of the cells, starting
from the rear.

Picture 006 - Here is the remaining seat as crestliner had it. Soon it
will be torn apart and the foam saved to use on the new seats. This
seat may look good, and could probably be saved with some minor work,
but it wont match the other seat.

Picture 005 - At the rear of the boat looking forward. The foam may not
look pretty but its good enough. There is more foam here than there
was in the origional boat. Hopefully this will help offset any
possible leaks there may be in the hull and display water that may
enter thehull.

Picture 004 - Close up on the rear of the boat. You can see the two
cells remaining that need to be filled. I will not be filling the two
cells infront of the motor exhaust housing.

Picture 003 - Image of the new seats that are currently under
construction. They are built very closely to how the origionals where
done, with the expection that I am using screws and a smaller width
plywood. There is also larger re-enforcement board used to enforce the
seat backs, and seat bottoms. Each joint is also clued with outdoor
wood clue. Then each seem was beaded to assist in water penatraition.
The next step for these seats is to sand them down and ensure the seams
line up for proper hindge movement. One sanded they will get the
thompson water seal treatment.

Picture 002 - Seats from another angle.

Picture 001 - The new floor boards after there thompsn water seal
treatment. Everything is pre fitted and once the foam is complety
installed I will install each of these boards.

Other things to note. The carpet is here now and once the floor boards
are installed all hinged I will install the carept.
