Phasing Plan Updated

Phase 1 (remaining):

(X) Clean inside of boat
(X) Disconnect motor controls
(X) Disconnect all wiring so it may be replaced
(_) Remove Fueltank for inspection
(X) General overall inspection of hull and condition of parts

Phase 2 :

(_) Cut and protect new Kick Boards
(_) Cut and protect floor boards
(_) Cut and protect Side boards
(_) Cut and protect Arm boards

Phase 1 is almost complete. I do not think I will be doing anything
with the fueld tank at this time. I have cleaned the boat out and it
looks empty. I have purchased the wood / foam / etc to seal and
construct the boat floor. 2"x4'x8' foam will be cut and clued into
position in the hull. Then the 3/8" wood will be cut and layerd into
the boat. I also orded the carpet but it will not be here for three
weeks.

In the mean time I will stop by the hardware store and pick up the
marine fabric and seat foam and start the seat deconstruction and then
assemble the new seats. I am thinking of a green center strip with
gray side walls on the seats to match the boat color scheme.
