PAYPAL charged my credit card of USD1.95 each on Nov 1, 2005 AND Nov
11, 2005 for expanded use of ONE paypal account,( NOTE: TWO PAYMENTS OF
TOTAL US$3.90 for the same service) and didn't refund despite I sent
16 emails to PAYPAL customer service to demand refund. It spent me one
whole month and the attitude of the paypal staff are really bad but
still unresolved. It's not a dispute, it is a very poor customer
service and big bug in the paypal system.
Why? This is my 17th emails to paypal's customer service. Fire all
your CRM staff, they all are incapable for handling a small transaction
amount of only US$1.95 ,how can they handle other larger transactions
?
Your company overcharged my credit card for USD1.95. Why I have to
pay twice for the " expanded USE"....U guys are robbers. I demand your
comapny to refund me the overcharged USD1.95 to my account.
PAYPAL cheated me by their clever-sounding scheme. PAYPAL chiseled
