to Credit Cards

Has anyone been pre approved for this bank only to be turn down with no
explanation?

Is this actually legal?

Is the information that they have obtained on an individual or
individuals going to be secure? Or do they use it or sell it to others?

Is they any recourse in these matters? Class action suit etc?
