Help: Want to accept credit cards over phone w/ no monthly fee

Please help...

I am looking to begin accepting credit cards (over the telephone).
However, I do NOT want to pay ANY monthly fee. I will rarely have a
need to accept credit cards, but would like it as a backup.

I anticipate payments of between $299 - $499.

If anybody knows of a company that will allow me to accept credit cards
over the phone (not online), and won't charge me ANY monthly fee,
PLEASE let me know. I certainly don't mind an increase cost per credit
card charge though (to make up for the no monthly fee request).
