Practicing the slow breathing, inhaling the cool air thru nose, and
exhaling slowly from month is actually helping to reduce tension
during traffic and to be aware of the surroundings. I know for sure
that I cannot beat the traffic, but I can definitely use that
available time to catch up with my breathing exercise which I
sometimes forget to do after waking up.

Similarly, started to do the same while walking from car parking to
office, going to meetings etc. It is helping to avoid distracting
thoughts and clear the mind to focus on next things to do. Actually,
keeping the eyes open and doing breathing exercise is more easier to
do than closed. Keeping eyes closed is making me focus on counting,
but, sometimes it gives little heaviness in the head.

Lastly, I am feeling more active nowadays, which helps me do more
things in a day. More to come...

Great. You have taken to this method like a fish to water. Please try
all the methods, some time or other.

Now that you have started enjoying the practice it is time to start
sharing the method with your family, friends and colleagues. Some one
out there like us (who among the many we don't know) is waiting for a
simple method like this.
