Good article with some "things to consider". From my personal
experience it is good to have ideas, focus on creative problem solving
and have processes in place to structure innovation. But, I think the
real cultural clash is to move away from management styles (without
completely ignoring it) back into entrepeneurial behavior. We need a
challenging environment that's support by structures (not vice versa)
leading to incremental success stories'.
