You've got to love giant new industries that no one has ever heard of
(or has heard of many times before, albeit in different guises). Ah, I
remember when all business activities would be driven by new Business
Process Management. And before that, would can forget the incredible
world of the paperless office. Or, for that matter, the wonderful
advent of the photocopier, horseless carriage, non-lead based piping,
etc, etc.

Sorry to be a cynic, but it sometimes is easier that way. I remain to
be convinced that any new method will ever carry universal weight to
persuade everyone to move in a particular direction. If Christanity
could not swing it, what chance do mere techies and consultants have??
