have been unable to continue to support us also, so things are very
tignt right now. If you CAN afford any small (or large!) donation, it
would help us greatly (especially if you use our free service)!

SET RRA-1,055 - Featured: J. J. Cale (2007) _ Rewind;
With J. J. Cale, Al Kooper, Eric Clapton, and Tony Joe White.
Feature Notes: A great album of 14 previously unreleased tracks from
his Shelter and Mercury label years (not demos or outtakes!) - see the
review by Hal Horowitz on Amazon. In That review, Hal refers to
"Lawdy Mama" as 'a speeded up "Call Me the Breeze"', - yes, but I
thought that "Mo Jo" might have been as close or a little closer to
"Call Me The Breeze," though both probably qualify. They're all
presented here at the top of the set, so you can decide. Also
included are some compatible songs by Al Kooper, Eric Clapton and Tony
Joe White, and my favorite pick from rewind "Oooh La La" rounds out
the set.
