Hi David!

I guess the best is to go to www.contactjuggling.org and download the videos there, to look at the moves page and to read the forums regularly. There should be a lessons section, read those lessons too.

That is how I stepped into the zone some years ago. I haven't had any contactjugglers around me, web was my only source. Thanks again to Kae Verens who created that site and to Ryan Baker who took the mission from Kae.
