In the spirit of playful adventure, we would like to invite everyone to
a gathering of contactjugglers/sphereplayers in the northeast US. Last
year was so much fun, we wanted to do it again! Here's the basics:
What: Sphereplay Day 2005!
When: September 16, 2005
Where: Tarrywile Park, Danbury, CT

Why: Sphereplay Day is a great opportunity to meet other sphereplayers,
have some fun and learn from each other!
How much: Registration: $10, Camping: FREE!
Daytime: Sphereplay workshops, lots of play time, raffles, sphere
games, and a special surprise...
Nighttime: A sneak preview party to celebrate the (almost!) release of
Playing in the Multi-Sphere, our second DVD in the Sphereplay series.
It's a 4 hour, 2 disk comprehensive guide to playing with 2-5 spheres
including play sessions, tons of instruction and lots of extras. Some
of the folks from the DVD will be there all day and we hope you will be
too.
The park is 5 mins. from the train station (metronorth line-an easy
ride from NYC!), so let us know if you need to be picked up. We'll be
camping out Thursday and Friday nights and are psyched for some fire
play Razz too. There a lots of hotels nearby if you're not into the
camping thing.
On Saturday and Sunday a bunch of us will be at the New York
Renaissance Faire, where we'll be playing and teaching. (in costume
too, doing a bodyroll in a bodice is a whole different experience!
...but then again, there is the famous bodice stall)
