We hope you had a great holiday and are planning on a fantastic new year. It has been said that '07 was a year of endings and '08 is to be a year of new beginnings. That is certainly true in our case as we re-invent ourselves with a brand new outlook for 2008.
We have been getting together to write and record some of our new ideas and have been pleasantly surprised by the results. We are so excited we decided to break the rules a bit and let you download a pre-release cut that will be on the new record. Feel free to share it with your friends, but make them join our email list if they like it (join on the front page of conniptionfits.com or email us). Here is the link:

One last important note, we will not be doing a New Years show at Big Heads! They have closed down and will not be reopening. Will will miss Jamie, Lisa and the rest of the crew. May 2008 bring you good fortune.
