The Conniption Fits
Packer. Still, a big thanks to those who were there, we had more
people than we could have hoped for. Snow is a good thing when you
play in Stowe. The Matterhorn was packed for our first show at
4:00pm. I'm sure some of you were drinking before noon, heh. Long
live St. Patty's Day! We had a great happy hour show and a fine meal
on the house. Erik and I split about $60 worth of sushi alone. We
also had a rare opportunity to scoot down the road and hang with our
friends in Last Kid Picked. It's cool when you get to talk biz with
a band that is doing as well as LKP. Later we returned to a full
house at The Matterhorn for our second show and the dance floor was
packed from the very first song. I have to say, we are working
forward to this response at every show and a few drinks takes the
shyness out of the crowd. Bodies were flying into my mic stand and I
still have the fat lip to prove it was a great night.
This week Tuck and I will be at Middle Earth in Bradford for a
special acoustic version of our show on Thursday. Friday is the long
awaited return to Big Head's in Rochester, NH. We can wait to catch
up with our friends from Big Head's and show off our new light show.
I guess the same could be said for Shenanigans on Saturday. We would
love to see all our hometown friends from the upper valley come out
to Shenanigans this Saturday.
