We are doing an excellent job thus far in our planning!  Congratulations to all that have shown an interest in this..

I am not aware yet if there will be any Internet streaming or podcast recording? of any or all of the weekend's event.  What is the status of this?

Thanks,
David Weller

Unfortunately, we are not planning on streaming any sessions. However, we are planning on capturing and documenting as much as possible.

OpenMeetings.org will be there and we've asked them to record (video or audio) as many of the sessions as they can. I believe this will cover four of the rooms.

In addition, we have a number of interns (thanks to Julie Germany at IPDI) who will attend during different days of the weekend to take notes and post them to the blog.

This will be in addition to our asking attendees to do the same while also tweeting.

Finally, we're capturing all of the tweets for the course of the event and plan to assemble them in a meaningful way after the event.

Hopefully, this will provide a solid record of the event with sufficient opportunity for the conversation to continue.

Best,
Wayne
