The 2012 Chicago African Summit is almost hear.
The Summit is the premier forum of its kind in the Midwest with a special focus on contemporary African issues, public policy advocacy and community empowerment. It brings together scholars, legislators, community activists, policy analysts and students, and individuals like you, to engage in constructive dialogue about Africa and the Diaspora.
It will take place on Saturday, May 12, 2012 from 9:00 am - to 5:00 pm at Schulz Auditorium, Illinois Institute of Technology, 10 West 35th Street, Chicago, IL 60616. The summit is FREE but you must register to attend. You can register at http://uniteafricans.org/site/

The Summit is organized by United African Organization. The Congolese Community of Chicago (CCC/DRC) is a due paying member of United African Organization.
