Sorry about the delay in this. Here's the overview on where we're at with the guide ('best practices repository' was contentious and since I proposed it, I can also say: a poor choice of words).

If you want to be involved on a specific team, and aren't listed below, please let me know and I'll make sure you're in the loop - or just come to the next meeting.

Goal
Bridge the gap between citizen knowledge and Congressional needs (around online communication)

Teams

• Design - Christiana, Noel, Carmela will help
• Infrastructure - Wayne, Kate (please send me an email!)
• Content Acquisition - Carmela (she may need some help!)

Decisions and Commitments

• There are three basic thing that we need to provide:
• Introductory information - how do you get started with this stuff
• Case studies and example implementations
  
• Q/A - discussion forum, allowing anonymous questions from staffers
  
• Putting it on CongressCamp.org to continue the momentum we've developed
• The infrastructure team is going to get an installation of MediaWiki put up
• The design team is going to finalize the name

Next Steps

• We need to gather some content so that the design team has something to work with
• We need to begin to establish the group of people that will be providing the content
