Best Practices Repository meeting

This is an invite to get together and discuss how to implement the best practices repository for use of social media by Congressional offices that was discussed at CongressCamp.

I'm still trying to verify a place, but pencil it in for 6pm on Monday night, the 28th near Metro Center station. This should make it easy for everyone to get there...
