If you missed the last one, here's the follow-up:
We had a great meeting last night where we discussed the value that the
Compass may bring to the Hill in stripped down, minimalistic terms. The
final decision was that we should do something that is easy to create,
promote it and see how it comes together. We can then flesh out the
functionality as it becomes necessary.

email list in which Congressional staffers are getting answers to their
technology questions, please let me know.

GoalOur
goal is to create a space for Questions and Answers, with the results
of those being archived and made easily accessible even for someone new
to the technology. The idea would be to draw information from the
discussion and create a tagged and searchable FAQ as well as a series
of case studies.
Next StepOur first step is to determine if there is
already a sufficient forum or email list or similar tool, being used in
which staffers and social media experts are exchanging information. We
would prefer not to re-invent the wheel if possible, but make the wheel
easier to use and let more know about it.
Carmela, Sara, and I are researching online discussions that are
already occurring to see if we can unite with them to move this project
forward.
Regular MeetingsWe have also agreed on a standard meeting schedule of Monday nights, 7pm at Cure - every 2 weeks. Next meeting is Feb 15.
