Hey everybody!
Thanks for all your help over the last couple of months! The Engineering Expo is nearly here, and we're working out the details. One thing is for certain: we're going to need a lot of help on the day of the event.
Please think about your schedule on Sunday the 18th. We will be starting the day at 8:00AM and going home at 6:00PM. There will be things to do throughout the day, but we need to know when you'll be there and for how long so that we can divvy up responsibilities.
We will be meeting again on Thursday at 7:00pm in SCL1207, as usual. Please come prepared to give me the above information and ready to volunteer.
Oh, and by the way, there will be benefits for those who volunteer during the Expo including a catered lunch. See you Thursday!
